Conditions: Applies to violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1791 by inmates

Notes: Sentence imposed upon inmate runs consecutive to sentence being served at time of violation

18 U.S.C. § 1791(b) + § 1791(c)

Offense: Controlled substance possession/distribution in prison

Consecutive to: Any other sentence of imprisonment for the controlled substance

Conditions: When sentence of imprisonment is imposed on controlled substance count

Notes: Grouping rules apply since statute doesn't mandate minimum imprisonment, only consecutive if imprisoned
