Consecutive to: Any sentence of imprisonment imposed for any other offense

Conditions: Must run consecutively to any other imprisonment sentence

Notes: Court should apportion sentence between underlying offense and § 922(q) count when both apply

Check the characteristics that apply to calculate the total offense level.

If -

Option A: the defendant unlawfully possessed or caused any firearm or dangerous weapon to be present in a federal court facility; or +2 levels

Option B: the defendant unlawfully possessed or caused any firearm to be present in a school zone, +2 levels
