Conditions: When base offense level determined under subsection (a)(1) - failure to report for service of sentence
Notes: Guideline range determined independently; grouping rules do not apply for failure to appear for service of sentence
Offense: Other failure to appear offenses
Consecutive to: Any other sentence of imprisonment (if imprisonment imposed)
Conditions: When sentence of imprisonment imposed on failure to appear count
Notes: Grouping rules apply since statute doesn't mandate imprisonment, only consecutive if imprisoned; treated as obstruction under §3C1.1
